Residential Development in Wigtownshire
We’re delighted to announce that planning permission has been granted for an exciting new 3b construction residential development in Wigtownshire.
Designed to help meet the growing demand for quality housing in the area, the development will provide a mix of affordable homes and detached family properties, creating a vibrant new community.
At the heart of the development will be a landscaped public park, offering an attractive green space for residents and the wider community to enjoy. Great care has also been taken to retain the existing woodland to the north of the site, while many of the homes and the park itself will benefit from views across Wigtown Bay and the surrounding hills.
