Utilising our brand new manufacturing facility at Newton Stewart, we can fabricate timber, structural steel and precast concrete to suit any project requirement.

This supports our ethos to retain control of all significant aspects of the construction process. Using state of the art equipment and our experienced fabrication teams we produce goods to the highest of quality which we can then deliver to site with our own transport service.

Structural Steel

Our structural steel teams are fully compliant with our Factory Production Control System and certified to CE Marking execution class 2. We provide the full service for design, detailing, fabrication and erection of structural steelwork.

Experienced design team. Tekla 3D Modelling. Fully coded welders and Factory Production Control System. All our steel frames are CE Marked. In-house site erection and cladding teams. Delivered by our own transport. Erected by our Crane Hire Division. Additional services available from Building and Civils Division, if required.

Timber Products

3b construction has a first-class workshop and an experienced team of joiners dedicated to producing a wide range of quality timber products.

From basic structural timber frame kit homes, through to complete finishings packages, we deliver an outstanding service, with our in-house design and detailing team ensuring accuracy and quality at every stage of the manufacturing process.

Our joiners have completed various post and beam structures, king post trusses, A-frame trusses, library fit-outs, home offices, large glazed screens, reception desks.
