Build of new community and business centre.

Recently completed community project to build a new community and business centre in the centre of Stranraer. The project was to refurbish an existing building and develop into a theatre, recording studio, gymnasium, offices, bar, café and commercial kitchen. Key to this project was the complex Mechanical and Electrical package which was delivered successfully by 3b’s M & E division.
