Stuart Barr

Stuart is one of the 3 founding Directors of 3b construction. Stuart has over 25 years’ experience in the construction industry and has worked on some notable and significant projects such as T5 Heathrow and The Scottish Parliament building. Stuart has developed a team of highly skilled trades and a technical department both directly employed by the business to construct high specification commercial building projects. A design for manufacture and assembly strategy has been developed for all projects. Key to the strategy developed for the division is “in-house capability and resource” to fully control safety, quality, environmental aspects and programme. Stuart maintains a ‘hands-on’ involvement in all the day-today activities of the company. Stuart has a Msc in Business Management and a B Sc (Hons) degree in Quantity Surveying along with a Chartered Institute of Building Commendation Award.

Graeme Barr

Graeme is one of the 3 founding Directors of 3b construction. Graeme has over 25 years’ experience of the construction industry as a Civil Engineer. He has worked on significant projects such as the London Underground working on embankment stabilisation, Discovery Dock, Canary Wharf and Barclays Bank HQ, Canary Wharf. Graeme has project managed numerous large 3b construction civils projects and has developed and trained highly skilled site teams to ensure technical ability to deliver large complex civil engineering projects. Graeme remains ‘hands-on’ and project manages civils projects. Graeme has a B.Eng Civil Engineering degree.

Nicola Hill

Nicola joined 3b construction in 2017 and is an Accounts Manager. Predominantly working within our construction division Nicola leads a strong Finance Team.

Stevie Gunn

Stevie has over 30 years’ experience in the construction industry and is a Project Manager. Stevie has extensive experience in various sectors including Stadia, Schools, Residential Care Homes and Factories.
