This development comprised the demolition of the existing single storey house and the erection of a replacement dwelling house, which stands at two storeys high and a basement.
This new house constructed from timber frame and structural steel was completed in April 2013.
All works were carried out by 3b construction trades from manufacture of the timber and steel frames through to installation of the Air Source Heat Pump, Whole House Heat Recovery System and final internal decoration. We also carried out a full landscaping package.
