Stewart left school and joined 3b construction on our graduate training programme. He attended university funded by 3b construction whilst enjoying work experience with the company. Stewart is now fully qualified with an honours degree and has embarked on his full-time career with 3b construction. Stewart is now developing a team of estimators and supporting junior members of staff through their training.

Here at 3b, we are committed to offering young men and women an opportunity to undertake industry-recognised trade and modern apprenticeships.

We currently have apprentices enrolled in the following programmes, with Scotland’s leading colleges, whilst being guided and supported by an experienced mentor in the workplace: Carpentry and Joinery. Bricklaying and Stone Masonry. Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair. Roofing. Welding and Fabrication. Mechanics.

We take pride in our excellent training programme which has produced numerous success stories. Many of our graduates have successfully gone on to develop their skills on exciting projects and progressed their careers into leadership roles within the business.
