3b commence work this month on a new progressive kiln for Adam Wilson & Sons sawmill. This kiln is part of Adam Wilson & Sons expansion plans for the site enabling an increase in production from kiln drying 50,000 cubic metres of wood per year up to 160,000 cubic metres. The project involves earthworks, reinforced concrete works, 90m long by 16m high steel building, mechanical and electrical services including the installation of 1km of 250mm diameter district heating pipework
