Dairy Parlours
3b construction has a team dedicated to the construction of dairy parlours ranging from small herringbone parlours through to large rotaries.

Many parlours have been completed to date which range from re-work of existing systems to construction of complete new dairy facilities on green field sites.
Feature Project – Culscadden Dairy

Feature Project – Glenapp Estates
This new development at Ballochdown Farm near Ballantrae will comprise of a De Laval 70 point rotary parlour and cubicle building with underground slurry storage. Built on a 6500 m2 green field site the 2500m2 steel framed building has a reinforced concrete substructure. It has a pitched roof made up of fibre cement roof sheets and the external façade is made up of cladding, precast concrete walls and blockwork.
3b construction will provide a complete service on this project from initial design and detailing through to handover.
Feature Project – Garryhorn Dairy
3b construction has recently completed a large farming project in South Ayrshire. The construction of a large dairy unit on a Greenfield site near Maybole was our most ambitious agricultural project to date and includes a 50 point Dairymaster Parlour with capacity for up to 600 cows and all associated silage pits, effluent tanks and concrete works.
