Directly employed plant and labour

All our plant and highly skilled tradesmen are directly employed by the company, this means we have total control over the resources required to complete your project. We are able to allocate plant and tradesmen where they are required, when they are required.

3b construction has built up a strong network of suppliers who conform to our processes and will deliver the correct product to the correct place at the correct time. If you have a specific supplier or certain product requirements we can source these to be included in any project.
