3b construction has completed a number of notable restoration projects in South West Scotland.
These have varied from an old church manse in the Gatehouse area to restoring a fisherman’s inn in the village of Drummore. Barn and steading conversions have been undertaken to create both holiday lets and private homes. We recently refurbished an old hotel in the Machars to create a large private residence.
Renovation and restoration requires a totally different mind-set from all stakeholders before, during and after the project. We currently employ tradesmen skilled in the key areas of damp proofing, dry rot treatment, stone masonry and the waterproofing of basements.
