3b construction has the technical skills and operational capacity to deliver the quality required for industrial building. Our technical team understand and can contribute to the planning process, then communicate that information to site management to ensure what is drawn on paper is realised in the build.
Projects to date include a large steel fabrication building, a machinery storage building, a medium-sized workshop for light manufacturing and a maintenance workshop, including a vehicle inspection pit and light vehicle access ramp.

Industrial building for a fabrication business.
Solway Structural Steel - Creetown
A factory extension building, including external drainage and concrete slabs to the whole of the external area. The project also included a living accommodation unit with polished floors to the factory extension.
Corwar Outan Farm
Construction of reinforced concrete walls, drainage to all buildings, and polished concrete floors to new workshop building.
