A timber frame kit home allows maximum design flexibility, while providing excellent thermal and acoustic performance. The components are relatively lightweight, and are manufactured under controlled conditions by experienced joiners in our in-house facility, before transportation to the site for assembly.
Timber frame homes can be erected quickly, reducing labour and plant costs, when compared to other building methods. All our timber frame homes are designed to comply fully with current building standards and NHBC requirements.

Traditional brick and block homes remain a popular form of building, and 3b construction has the resources and skills to carry out this type of construction. Traditional build is basically a wet brick and block build, constructed with a block built internal skin and cavity, followed by a brick external facing.
The cost of traditional build is broadly similar to other construction methods, and the insulation performance required by current building standards can easily be achieved.
