3b construction is a member of the following bodies:

 

CHAS

3 b construction is now accredited within CHAS – The Contractors Health and Safety Assessment Scheme. This external assessment of our Health and Safety arrangements demonstrates that we comply and properly manage Health and Safety within the workplace for all stakeholders.
 

Constructionline

Membership of Constructionline has now been confirmed. This certifies that 3b construction ltd has met prequalification requirements appropriate to public and private sector procurement.

 

 

INVESTORS IN PEOPLE

This status has now been awarded for level bronze a standard that is achieved by only 5% of companies that are are accredited. By working with Investors in People we can focus on improving service delivery, business performance  and improving our employees performance.

 

 

NHBC

The National House Building Council is the standard-setting body and leading warranty and insurance provider for new and newly converted homes in the UK. The NHBC also provides consumer protection for new homeowners. All our new-build housing incorporates the standards and rules laid down by the NHBC.
 

SNIPEF

The Scottish and Northern Ireland Plumbing Employers Federation inspects and tests our qualified plumbers work to ensure that this body’s rigorous standards are met in full. Licensed businesses must satisfy a number of requirements. For example, they must employ properly qualified operatives, maintain liability insurance of at least £2 million and produce a Financial Integrity Statement from their auditor or accountant. Firms are also inspected on a regular basis to ensure they are carrying out work properly.
 

GAS SAFE REGISTER

Gas Safe Register is a well-known organisation and recently replaced Corgi as the national watchdog for gas safety in the United Kingdom. It is a legal requirement to employ Gas Safe-registered gas installers, so, you can be sure that any installation, or repairing of gas fittings or appliances by our Gas Safe-registered operatives will be done competently and safely.
     

SELECT

SELECT is Scotland's trade association for the electrical, electronics and communications systems industry. SELECT ensures that work carried out by member companies is of the highest quality, employs the best of modern technology and, above all, is safe. Enforcement of the approved standards is carried out by SELECT's Inspection Service, which is accredited by the United Kingdom Accreditation Service to ISO/IEC 17020.
