3b construction has completed a number of notable restoration projects in South West Scotland. These have varied from an old church manse in the Gatehouse area to restoring a fisherman’s inn in the village of Drummore.
We have also undertaken work for Historic Scotland
Renovation and restoration requires a totally different mindset from all stakeholders before during and after the project. We currently employ tradesmen skilled in the key areas of damp proofing, treatment of dry rot, stone masonry and waterproofing basements.
