Complete renovation of a hotel to form an open plan bar and restaurant and new stair core over three floors. A full fire alarm installation, complete re-wire and re-plumb of the whole building, timber treatment, structural steel work, fitting of microlift and commercial kitchen

Complete restoration of a four storey Victorian house. Work included dry rot removal and treatment, basement tanking, injection DPC systems, underfloor heating, interior reconfiguration and landscaping.
