We have created partnerships with architects and suppliers locally so that innovative design and build projects can be undertaken. Utilising our in-house skilled workforce and plant fleet we are able to deliver complex projects on time, to the required specification and budget.
Directly employed plant and labour
All our highly skilled tradesmen are directly employed by the company, this means we have total control over the resources required to build your home. We are able to allocate plant and tradesmen where they are required, when they are required.
Strong supplier relationships
3b construction have built up a strong network of suppliers who conform to our processes and will deliver the correct product to the correct place at the correct time. If you have a specific supplier or certain product requirements we can source these to be included in any project.
Our wide ranging experience of different construction industry disciplines means we are up to date with the most innovative and creative techniques particularly in the areas of modularisation and off site assembly. This allied to a highly skilled workforce and strong supplier relationships means we can completely manage your build from start to finish.

Because we incorporate the very best materials and products within our houses and they are fitted by our highly skilled in-house workforce the finished product is second to none. The very latest bathroom fittings and fixtures are incorporated within our builds, we can help you decide layouts and styles. Floor and wall coverings are incredibly important in the bathroom. Choose from a fantastic selection of tiles or we are able to install alternative floor coverings such as solid oak flooring.
Kitchens
We offer a wide range of kitchens sourced through our suppliers. These vary from the very rustic to the more contemporary. Installed by our own tradesmen, we can ensure the finish and quality is equal to the rest of our work.
