3b construction win prestigious Housing Award

3b construction along with Simon Winstanley Architects have won the Saltire Society Housing Design Award 2009, Scotland’s oldest and most prestigious housing design award. The house, which has been named Deepstone, was designed by Simon Winstanley Architects and built by 3b construction on the site of a former quarry overlooking the Solway Firth.

3b construction has also received a Good Building Award – Commendation for the quality of construction on this project from the Chartered Institute of  Building. We strive to reach the highest standards of workmanship on all our projects and these awards are testament to the dedication and skill shown by all our employees.
